Hi, my name’s Chris,

I am an educator with nearly a decade of classroom experience, now transitioning into a career in instructional design. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) in 2018. My career in education has been both rewarding and transformative, including roles as a teacher, department chair, and district course leader.

In 2024, I chose to pursue instructional design, as I found it to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching journey. This career shift reflects my passion for creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences that extend beyond the traditional classroom.
